BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Sales leads a high-performing team that provides strategic, efficient, and comprehensive support to our sales organization. This role fosters a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, enabling the team to drive sales growth and exceed customer expectations.

The Vice President is responsible for developing and implementing robust processes, tools, and systems that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales support operations. This includes streamlining workflows, enhancing data analytics, and leveraging technology.

Additionally, the Vice President establishes strong partnerships and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales leaders, marketing, merchandising, finance, and other departments. They provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to help each team member reach their full potential. By fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, the Vice President promotes a strong sense of ownership, which results in exceptional customer service and overall team success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties, Skills, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual account plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Lead and motivate a diverse sales team to drive performance
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to EBM’s to foster their professional growth and development
  • Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies
  • Articulate and communicate the company’s vision, goals, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandise, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth, retention, and expansion
  • Utilize and drive adoption of all ePromo’s technology and systems (NetSuite, CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the sales organization
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven track record of 7-10 years with enterprise sales, demonstrating success with managing complex sales processes, securing high-value deals, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership positions, in a fast-paced and competitive B2B industry
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop a clear short and long-term vision for achieving objectives
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts, strategies, and expectations clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in resource modeling and efficiency planning
  • Performance-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving excellence and impactful results
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and top/bottom line sales/profitability analysis
  • Willingness to work 100% remote
     Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Position is fully remote to the US only
  • Ability to accommodate multiple time zones with primary ET (EST/EDT)
  • Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet
  • Frequent video conference/email/chat

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Maintaining a stationary position for up to 50% of the workday
  • Consistently operate a computer and other productivity equipment including keyboard, webcam, and document scanner
  • Clarity of vision of 30” or less
  • Ability to perceive sound in the capacity of oral communication
  • Exertion of up to 10lbs. of force as related to the lifting or movement of objects
